Reuben Casserole

A reuben sandwich made into a casserole. Yes a little old school but try it, you'll like it.

1 lbs can corned beef, cubed (yes, a little old school. Found in the canned meat section of your mega mart) or deli meat, coarsely chopped
1 lbs canned sauerkraut, drained
8 oz 1000 island dressing
8 oz package of swiss cheese, cubed or shredded
4 slices of buttered and cubed dark rye bread

Layer into a greased casserole dish, corned beef, sauerkraut, 1000 island dressing, cheese and then bread.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through and the bread is toasted.
