Jalepeno Corn Bread

1 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
8 oz. creamed corn
10 oz. cubed sharp cheddar cheese
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 medium finely diced onion
2 eggs
2 jalapenos minced or to taste

Mix everything together and bake in a 9 inch cast iron pan at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool 5-10 mins.
