Breakfast Casserole

Please use it as a guide use whatever veggies you want. Add in corn, chiles, black olives, tomatoes or whatever cheese you've got. It has to be made the night before to let the bread absorb the eggs.

6 slices bread
1 lbs browned breakfast sausage
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 beaten eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp celery salt
garlic powder
salt
pepper

Layer bread, sausage, onion and cheese in a greased 13 x 9 baking dish.
Combine the eggs, milk, and spices and pour over top.
Let sit overnight.
Bake covered at 350 for 1 hour, uncover for the last 15 minutes.
