Carolina Vinegar Sauce

This recipe is from the Pizza on the Grill cookbook. Please use it with pulled pork and use it on pizza with caramelized onions and jack cheese.

That recipe is:

2 cups cider vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon ground white pepper
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 cup firmly packed dark brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients together and let sit at least 10 minutes before using.
