Old Bay Marinade

1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 tbs cider vinegar
2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp black pepper

Combine all the above ingredients in a zip top bag, mix well.
Add 1 lbs chicken pieces, salmon or shrimp and toss to coat.
Let sit in the fridge for 2 hours or more.
Grill or broil your protein of choice.
