Quesadillas, my sister's way

Again, there are no measurements, just mix until you think it looks good.

tortillas
queso blanco
lime juice
sour cream
cumin
chopped tomatoes

Mix the cheese, lime juice, sour cream, cumin and chopped tomatoes
Spread the mixture into tortillas and bake at 375 or until the cheese is melted
Top with black beans and corn salsa
