Crockpot pulled pork

3-4 lbs boneless pork roast, Boston butt, shoulder or loin
1 c. coffee
1 c. beef broth
3 tbs bbq sauce

Mix the coffee, beef broth and bbq sauce and pour over the pork roast. Cook on low 7-8 hours.

Remove and shred the pork adding back your favorite bbq or cooking liquid until you get the desired taste.

We serve on buns topped with coleslaw.
