Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

I think I found the recipe here.

1 pound chicken, cooked (about three small breasts)
½ pound penne pasta
1 romaine heart, chopped
½ pint cherry or grape tomatoes or chopped roma tomatoes
1/3 cup Caesar dressing
A sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top

Chop the romaine heart and chop the tomatoes.
Cook pasta until al dente, as directed on package.
Drain and rinse pasta with cold water to stop cooking.
Dice the cooked chicken and put this in a bowl.
Toss in pasta, tomatoes, lettuce, and the dressing.
To serve, top with parmesan cheese.

Toddler review-
Big hit. Three totally clean bowls. Even the littlest one ate lettuce! This would be good in a BLT adaptation with light ranch dressing. We'll have to give that a try soon too. We made it with whole wheat penne this time.
