Spinach Dip

Yup, the old Knorr recipe.

1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 1.4 oz dry vegetable soup mix
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayo
8 oz can water chestnuts, chopped
3 green onion slices

In a large bowl, mix soup mix, sour cream and mayo until well blended.
Fold in spinach, water chestnuts and green onions.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
Serve in a hollowed out pumpernickel bread bowl
