Chicken chow mein review

We tried this recipe tonight. Eh, we've had better.
I like this recipe better for chicken or beef.
I like the addition of green onions and the bean sprouts though. We'll keep that part. We didn't like the bell pepper though.
Should we add baby corn?!?! Does a certain reader of the blog have an opinion on baby corn?
Toddlers were kinda hit and miss on it so I don't think we'll make again.
