Tuna Noona
3 packages of ramen noodles, broken slightly
2 tbs butter
10 oz mixed frozen vegetables, thawed and drained
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz shredded mozzeralla cheese
3/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp pepper
dash of nutmeg
1 can drained tuna
Prepare noodles as directed only using 1 or 2 packages of seasoning, time the noodles so they are done at the same time as the cheese is melted partdrain off most of the liquid and set aside
In a large skillet, melt butter and cook the vegetables and garlic over medium heat, about 2 minutes or until the vegetables are tender
Add soup, cheese, milk, pepper and nutmeg and cook until the cheese is melted, stirring occasionally
Stir in the noodles and tuna, heat through

We're going to have to rewrite this recipe since we made a lot of changes to it. We increased the noodles and could have added more vegetables as well. It was a good thing Mr. PB&C saved some of the cooking liquid because we had to thin in out. Mr. and Mrs. PB&C add hot sauce to just about anything and tonight was no exception. M asked for some as well. He ate it but didn't ask for more.
Next time I want to see about making this with chuka soba noddles.
