Thai Beef in Lettuce Wraps
2/3 lbs thinly sliced deli roast beef
lettuce leaves for wrapping (bibb lettuce is our favorite)
matchstick cucumber pieces
shredded carrots
cilantro (optional)
Pour a tablespoon or so of the Spicy Thai Chile Sauce over the beef and let sit 5-10 minutes.
In a lettuce leaf arrange the beef, vegetables and cilantro if using. Top with more spicy sauce if you want more heat.
Toddler review-
The meatatarian liked it a lot. Even the pickiest eater liked it.

Edit 5/2021 I don't keep the spicy sauce around like I used to. There's just not a huge need for it. Mr PB&C mixed hot sesame oil, chile garlic paste and some soy. Next time we're going to add a touch of lime juice like the original and a little less heat. The smaller people thought it was a little too much.
