Pizza crust review

I've been meaning to do a review on the pizza dough we made last week. My sister reminded me that I hadn't done it yet.
The crust sat in the fridge cold rising for two whole days. The good news is the crust baked up nice and brown but it still didn't rise very well. I think I will blame the high altitude and I think I'll try the recipe again with a little added honey to help pump up the volume to get it to rise more.
I'll add a link to Serious Eats and their pizza dough tips a little later when I can access my computer without an almost two year old trying to commandeer it.
