Frittata of some sort, we have a bunch of potatoes from the CSA
Crockpot Beef Stew
Huevos Rancheros and I think I'll add in some more veggies
Singapore noodles with grilled thai chicken
Take out, the girls are going to the last hockey game of the season so Mr. PB&C have the littlest toddler to ourselves. He actually likes sushi so we might do that.
We are going to a friend's house for Mexican so I'm thinking grilled cheese and tomato soup. I think I'm going to bring this fresh corn salsa
I've got something up my sleeve for Mr. PB&C's birthday next week so I'm not going to post it here.
