Instant Death Potatoes

Instant Death because there's so much cheese and cream involved. You can make it with reduced fat ingredients and it still turns out fine.

2 lbs package of hash brown potatoes
16 oz sour cream
8 oz shredded sharp cheddar
1 c. diced onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
seasonings of your choice, I add celery salt, pepper, parsley, a little cumin makes it nice

Thaw the potatoes 30 mins in the fridge and then mix everything together.
Spoon into a grease 13x9 pan and bake 60 mins at 375 or until golden brown.
