Ham and Cheese and Spaghetti Casserole
A recipe from my childhood.
1 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 tsp French's mustard
8 oz broken and cooked spaghetti
1 1/2 c. diced ham
1/2 c. bread crumbs
In a saucepan stir together milk and soup until blended, cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
Stir in cheese and mustard, stirring constantly until the cheese melts.
Remove from heat and add spaghetti and ham and stir gently.
Pour into greased casserole dish and top with breadcrumbs.
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until heated through.
