Breakfast burritos
Sorta a non recipe but we always second guess ourselves when making them.
This time it made 17 burritos when we used medium flour tortillas
1 lbs cooked breakfast sausage
10 scrambled eggs
10 ounces shredded cheese
1 recipe of hashbrowns
1 cup salsa (I really like to use salsa verde here but I didn't have it on hand this time)
You can add in whatever you like just don't add something that will have a lot of water in it.
Other options-
Swap out the hashbrowns for homefries cooked with onion and pepper
A tex mex version with pinto beans, chorizo and pepper jack
Instead of sausage, you could try bacon, ham or other meat substitute
Cooked onion and pepper
I wrap and freeze in tin foil.
To reheat, ditch the foil and wrap in a paper towel, 1:30 on 50% power to defrost
Then another minute on full power.
