On a roll

Mr. PB&C and I came up with a ton of ideas last night so I'm going to break this up into what we're doing in these two weeks and then going to use the other ideas for next time.


Risotto with basil, corn, and tomatoes

Salmon cheddar pie (next week after I get some more salmon and grill it)

Tamale pie 

Broccoli cheddar soup

Palmer sandwiches

Black bean burritos

Quick fix lasagna maybe with some added cooked veg 

Gyros with greek salad

Pork and cabbage salad

Fend

Fend

Grilled pizza

Dinner with family

Bruschetta and meatballs


For lunch-

Roasted veggie orzo with added chickpeas


And then for next week-

Potato leek soup

Unagi, rice and dumplings (going to try the crispy kind since we have gas now)

Chicken curry pasta salad
