No cook peanut sauce
I love peanut sauce on noodles (kiddos do not). I've been making this for a while now for a quick dinner for me and Mr. PB&C adding in whatever veg and protein we want. Cilantro. pulled chicken, grilled meat, snow peas, sesame seeds, and chopped scallions are all welcomed additions.

If serving with cooked noodles, start with 2 ounces of dry noodles
1 clove of garlic, minced -optional
1 equal amount of minced ginger - optional
1 tbs rice vinegar
1 tbs soy sauce
1 tbs peanut butter
garlic chile paste to taste
Wisk all in your serving bowl and add noodles and top with chopped peanuts, scallions, or sesame seeds
