Hummus

4 garlic cloves
1 tsp salt
2 cans drained and rinsed garbanzo beans with liquid reserved
1/3 c. tahini
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. olive oil

Mince garlic with the salt.
Puree the beans, garlic, tahni, lemon juice, olive oil and 1/2 c. of the served liquid in a food processor.
Add liquid until you get the desired consistency.
Serve with pita or veggies.
