Classic Meatloaf Minis
From my middle school friend Heather.
1 1/2 lbs ground beef (or beef/pork combo)
8 oz tomato sauce
1 egg
1 c. old fashioned oats
1 tbs dried onion flakes or 1/4 c. finely minced onion
1/2 tsp minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. ketchup
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs French's mustard
Combine beef through salt and pepper and place into greased muffin tins.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 mins.
Mix the ketchup, worchesershire, brown sugar and mustard in a small dish and top the meatloaves half way through cooking.
