Corn and Avocado Salsa

My SIL made this for us the first time. It was yummy, toddlers ate it, they also broke a wine glass. Sorry 'bout that Ad.

4 ears sweet corn
2 whole very firm avocados, diced
1/2 red onion, diced
1/2 jalapeno, seeded, finely diced or to taste
1 juiced lime
chopped cilantro, 1/2 a bunch
salt to taste
1 tbs vinegar

Slice kernels off the corn, and combine it with all remaining ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
