Basil from the CSA

 I should have written it down last year.  So here I am following my own advice and writing everything down.

From 2 bags of basil is a pound of basil

From the basil, I made 7 big servings of pesto and then 2 small ones for sandwiches

From the basil, I also saved 2 cups to dry and use later
