Crab rangoons

 Man oh man does this household love a good crab cheese wonton.  We will be trying these again. 


8 ounces cream cheese (do not used whipped cream cheese)

3-4 thinly sliced green onions

garlic powder

white pepper

1/2 tsp soy sauce 

1/2 tsp rice vinegar

5 sticks of crab, shredded and chopped into small pieces 


Place about 1 tbs of mixture to the center of a wonton wrapper

Seal the edges with water into the traditional square shape if desired, you can also just fold them in half

Heat enough oil to cover the wontons and then fry until golden and crispy

Or brush with oil and air fry at 375 for 10-12 minutes (they won't have the same crunch factor as the oil fried ones tho)

Serve, there will be no leftovers
