Pressure cooker notes

 Writing it down so I can update later.   Please note, this is at high altitude so use these notes accordingly

Pinto beans - already here on this very blog but it was 50 minutes and then 25 minutes natural release

Black beans - 1 lbs, 8 cups of water and 2 tsp salt, 35 minutes on high then 25 minutes 

Pot roast - cut into chucks, 60 minutes on high then 25 minute natural release
