Menu planning bonus edition

Leftovers times two
Tortellini pasta salad
Turkey sausage meatballs with veggies and couscous
Bauernfruestuck
Sourdough pizza party
Steak and salad and pasta

And the bonus is the Thanksgiving menu. Planning way ahead so we have time to assemble everything. It's just our little family at home so I can't wait to have the kiddos help with the prep. Again, we'll we starting several days before for the prep.

Turkey, brined ahead of time
Dressing (with sourdough, wheat and cornbread)
Mashed potatoes
Gravy from the drippings
Roasted carrots
Chocolate and raspberry cheesecake
