Apple chips

There's nothing better on a fall day than the smell of apples and cinnamon.
M and I made these a few weeks ago when I was home with him when he had croup. He asked for apple chips again today and I was more than happy to oblige. The two other toddlers didn't like them though. Fine, more for M and Mr. PB&C and me.

Slice up some apples, maybe 1/8 of an inch thick. I used a grapefruit spoon to remove the core from the center of all the apples.
Place on parchment paper or a Silpat and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for two hours at 275, flipping half way through and adding more cinnamon on the other side.
