Artichoke and caper spread

 I want to make a fresh loaf of sourdough and to try this again.

Just going to call out the ingredients in order.  Chef's choice how much of what you want to add.  Taste it and adjust for seasoning.

This recipe is really easily made with high quality ingredients.  Heavy on the veggies and spices, light on the cheese.  

In a large, wide, shallow plate or bowl, add-

Olive oil

Balsamic vinegar

Mashed garlic

Chopped marinated artichoke hearts

Chopped capers

Fresh chopped dill

Crumbled feta

Red pepper like cayenne or Alleppo

Salt

Black pepper

Lemon juice
