Pomegranate juice
I'm going to spare you pages and pages of notes about this recipe.
Take your arils out of the pomegranate however you like. My fave is to feel in a big bowl of water. The seeds fall to the bottom and the other parts float.
In a blender combine your arils with water to come up about half way
Blend on low just until they break apart and release the juice
Don't blend too long or you'll get pulp in your juice
Pour through a fine mesh sieve
Adding a 1/4 tsp of salt will enhance the flavor but you could also skip
Add sugar if you want
I saw adding pom juice to seltzer water. Sounds like a fun mock tail on this New Year's Eve.
