Hot Artichoke Dip
A family favorite from H's mom. Serve with chips, baguette rounds or veggies.
2 jars of drained marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
1 c. grated parmesan
1 c. light mayo
3-4 sliced green onions
Mix all ingredients and stir to combine. Bake in a pie plate at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
