 We took a survey of the freezers and made a large part of our menu with ideas from there.  


Palmer sandwiches and zucchini fries

Ground turkey and macaroni 

Hoisin chicken in lettuce cups or rice

T-bones/ shrimp with creamy potato salad

Beer can chicken with baked beans and cornbread

Dumplings, kimbap, edamame, ttoekboki maybe

Fajitas (flank steak and rotisserie chicken) guacamole, chips, pico de gallo 

Macaroni and cheese, kielbasa, cabbage salad

Chef salad

Chili with elk sausage and ground pork 

Fish tacos, mango avocado salsa, and white sauce 


For lunches-

musubi for school lunches

Eat a while cucumber in a day for me (smoked salmon and crab stick versions)
