Saucy shredded beef

I have a request to make this beef again.  Mr. PB&C loves having these in burritos.  I can make a bunch up and freeze them.  If he's nearby and needs something for a quick lunch, they're ready to go in just a few minutes.  From Budget Bytes

3 oz tomato paste
2 cloves minced garlic
1 tbs chili powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp dry oregano
cayenne pepper to taste
1/2 tbs brown sugar
1 tbs corn starch
1 c. beef broth
3 lbs boneless beef rump or chuck roast

Whisk together tomato paste, garlic, chili powder, cumin, oregano, cayenne, brown sugar, corn starch and beef broth.

Trim up your roast while you cut it into 2 inch pieces

Pour the sauce over top and cook with the lid on, 4-5 hours or high or 8 on low.

Shred the beef with tongs and cook longer if needed.

To make your burritos, mix a can of refried beans with some salt, pepper, chopped green chiles and cumin.
Shred up some cheese.
Put a little of each into your tortilla and roll up.  Going to add in some cilantro lime rice for this next batch too.
