For this week

Still adjusting to weeknights without school.  It's still busy but it's nice not to have homework and reading and papers to sort through each night.  We're planning on making some things from scratch this week that need a little prep work.

Greek quinoa that we didn't get to last week
Salad with homemade ranch dip, oven fried pickles on the side (Tuesday)
Pot roast, egg noodles and side salad again
Fondue since it was such a hit
Dinner from the freezer (wednesday for planning purposes, make this the night before)
Sourdough pizza
Something else (probably dinner with family)

Breakfast sandwiches for the freezer
Slow cooker marinara sauce
