What we're eating this week

Sausage and roasted pepper risotto with peas
Corn cheese and chile pie (less spicy for the kiddos)
Tuna casserole
Stir fry with green beans
Bean soup from the freezer
Salami and mozzarella sandwiches and salad
Leftovers

And I promised to make biscuits and gravy next Sunday for breakfast.

Bentos will most likely have pesto pasta in them.
