Marinated mushrooms

I'm in charge of veggies for the raclette party tonight and I realized I didn't have our "recipe" for marinated mushrooms on the blog yet.

Today I used a package of baby bellas sliced 1/4 inch thick but you can also use portabellas too but please remove the gills on the big guys.

Place mushrooms in a zip top bag and add the following:
Balsamic vinegar
Red wine
Olive oil
Tiny splash of water
Chopped garlic
Herbs of your choice (today I used dried parsley, oregano and basil)
Salt and pepper

Let sit for a few hours before using.
