Serious Eats, Ramen Hacks

I saw this pop up on Serious Eats a few weeks ago, different ways to prepare store bought Ramen Noodles. Some of them I'd like to try and some I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole. I'll let you decide which is which ;-)
