Salad with pasta chickpeas and salami

1/2 head of iceberg lettuce, chopped

1/2 lbs cooked pasta

3 oz sliced salami 

15 ounce can of chickpeas

a little red onion sliced into half moons

chopped basil, as much as you want

parmesan cheese


For the dressing

1/4 c mayo

2-3 tbs dijon mustard

1/4 white wine vinegar

1/4 olive oil

salt and black pepper to taste


Make the dressing in the bottom of a large bowl

toss everything together
