Chia pudding

 2 tbs chia seeds

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup plain yogurt

sweeteners (honey, agave, jam)


Mix the chia seeds, milk, and yogurt together

Add sweetener as you like it (if you're using just jam, you still might want a little bit more of something else)

Mix again

Let it sit in the fridge for at least 2 hours
