Best Mexican rice

 Sorry, I don't know where I found this recipe.  There are similar ones all over the internet though.  

1 cup rice

stir on heat with oil to toast

2 tbs tomato sauce

cook 2 minutes

2 cups water

1/2 tsp cumin

1 tbs tomato bullion

garlic powder

piece of onion 

1 tsp chicken base

heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes

remove the oil and serve
