And the weekend went by so quick

 We've had some meals courtesy of family members so we are working on that and on things we didn't get to last week.


The broccoli cheddar soup was amazing!  We had a bunch (!) of broccoli a few weeks ago so I blanched and frozen them, about 18 ounces worth.  It was a super quick dinner thanks to our homemade broth, CSA carrots and onions too.  

For the rest of the two week stretch -

Hot and sour soup, maybe some dumplings to round it out too 

Baked potatoes and chili 

Chicken and gnocchi soup

Fend 

Fend 

Takeout/fend for the football game 

Hawaiian burgers and baked beans 

Couscous with mozzarella cheese

Popovers and meatballs

Pizza of some kind, pepperoni

Corn, cheese chili pie and sausage

Sandwiches with roasted veggies/miso tahini dressing
