Two weeks plus lunches
Kids are done with school and that means more planning! Gotta think of some things for lunches while everyone is home.
This week's lunches include any and all leftovers PLUS
And in my-cat-ate-my-homework moment*, the second copy of my menu is as follows:
Burrito bar
Croissant sandwiches and black bean salad
Chopped cheese sandwiches and cucumber salad
Mac and cheese with pulled pork/rib meat from the freezer
Fend
Dinner with family
Cowboy hotdogs and fries/tots
Pad Thai with chicken
Sandwiches and chips
Roasted corn and bacon congee
Girl Scout party potluck
Fend
Beef chow fun
*our cat Cleopatra Jane likes to nibble on paper if it's left out. Pretty much any paper that's near the place where she eats is fair game. She tore up my first menu/shopping list.
