Menu planning

Most of the menu planning we do is pretty flexible.  Mr. PB&C and I will decide the night before what we're going to make to ensure that everything is prepped and/or defrosted but the whole plan is changable.  This week is different though because we've got some after school activities and some family outings and special events to go to.

Today I'm taking Greek layer dip with pita chips
Next week goes like this
Monday-picnic in the car before Landsharks practice
Tues, Wed, Friday are all flexible
Rueben sandwiches and salad
Tuna melt with pasta salad
Sausage and kale strata
Thursday will be pizza since Mr. PB&C will be home and can take the dough out 2 hours before cooking
Saturday, homemade sushi party
Sunday-family special event and I'm bringing roasted veggie orzo
