Greek 7 Layer Dip

I've had my eye on this recipe for a while and finally had a chance to make it.

The kiddos weren't fans but the adults loved it.

From Closet Cooking

Layer all of the ingredients as follows-
1 1/2 cups hummus
1 cup tzaziki (recipe follows)
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup quartered English cucumber
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup feta cheese
1/4 cup chopped kalmata olives
chopped fresh mint (optional)
Serve with pita chips.


Tzaziki-
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup English cucumber (shredded, squeezed and drained)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill or mint (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste

Mix everything and let chill in the fridge for an hour before serving.
