Sheetpan sausage and gnocchi
In a bowl mix-
2 tbs oil
2 cloves garlic grated
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp ground coriander
2 tsp red wine vinegar
salt to taste
On a foil lined pan add-
3 sausages
1 lbs package of gnocchi
whatever veggies you want, zucchini, onion, pepper, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower etc
Pour over the veggies and sausage and mix well
Cook at 400 for about 25 minutes
Drizzle with tahini sauce* , cheese, and torn basil if you want
*1/2 tsp blac pepper
3 tbs tahini sauce
1 clove garlic, grated
juice and zest of a lemon
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp syrup
3-4 tsp cold water
