Pictures are in reverse order.  I don't know how to fix that right now.  

It wasn't as big as the picture from KA but I'm going to blame 6K+ feet elevation.  We will be trying this again though.  It was be great as a sandwich.  Maybe pesto, arugula, prosciutto, and mozzarella?
