Crab cheese wontons

4 oz crab, finely chopped (8-10crab sticks)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2-3 green onions, white and light green parts finely chopped

17-18 square wonton wrappers

vegetable oil for frying

salt


Mix up well and fill your wonton wrappers, sealing them with water and pinch the edges together

You want to make sure it's sealed up well or the cream cheese will spill out and make a hot bubbly mess in the cooking oil

Heat your oil to 375 and fry a few at a time, making sure the temperature doesn't drop too much (4-5 at a time)

Fry until light golden brown, about 2-3 minutes (the recipe says to flip them over but every single one of them flipped over again when I tried)

Don't walk away from your frying pan 

When they are done, remove them to a rack over a sheet pan and season with salt

Serve with Thai sweet chile sauce
