Firecracker chicken or turkey bowls

Made this on a weekend but it's so easy that it's a great option for a busy week night.  The original recipe called for stir frying broccoli but wanted something different for the green vegetable part.

1.7 pounds of ground turkey (odd size but that's what we get from the store)

3/4 cup Buffalo sauce (a little less if you're heat meter is sensitive)

3 tbs soy sauce

1 tbs apple cider vinegar

1 1/2 tsp ginger powder

1 tbs garlic powder

2 tbs agave (started with one but added some more)


Steamed rice

Steamed edamame (1 package was too much, 1/2 package is more like it)

Sliced scallions, optional


Mix the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl

Cook your ground turkey until it's done

Add the sauce and cook over low heat until well coated

Serve with rice and edamame and sliced scallions if desired
