Week two week
This system has been working out pretty well for us. We need to duck out midweek through the second week sometimes to get fresh fruit or veg but it saves on trips into the store. We usually have a plan of what stuff we need to defrost in the day or two so that's helpful. Sometimes my sous chefs can help out if I'm working out right before dinner needs to get started.
This time around, a few holdovers from last planning session
Homemade mac and cheese
Burgers with chickpea salad
Steak and orzo side dish
Chipotle chicken and pepperjack and corn risotto
One pot pasta with sausage and broccoli
Salad
Dal and rice
Brats with rolls (?) and cucumber salad
Marinara and garlic bread
Fend
Beet and orange salad to have around just to eat
