Red cabbage and broccoli slaw

I used this recipe as a base to add some veggies to our dinners.  It's kinda similar to what we've purchased at the store that I know our family likes.  I will update later once I try some sweet onion citrus dressing.

Adapted from Budget Bytes. 

3 cups shredded red cabbage, washed and dried
3 cups shredded broccoli crowns
1-2 large carrots, shredded
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup dried cranberries*

Mix all in a large bowl and store in the fridge until ready to eat.
Serve with generous tahini goddess dressing or citrus sweet onion dressing.  

*we often use the low sugar version of dried cranberries so I usually add more cranberries than called for.
