Grilled fish tacos with avocado mango salsa
1 1/2 lbs white fish (we used Mahi Mahi)
1 tbs blackening spice*
Rub the spices on the fish and then cook with a little oil on the stove top or on a grill until done, about 4 minutes per side.
For the salsa
1 mango, cubed
1 avocado, cubed
1/2 small onion, finely diced
1 lime, juiced
chopped fresh cilantro to taste
salt
pepper
Mix the salsa ingredients together and EAT!
*equal parts cumin, paprika, oregano, black pepper, salt, and as much cayenne as you want (equal parts was very spicy in a 2024 try of this recipe)
